For those who are new to my kinky corner of the Universe and wonder why in the hell I spend any time putting my stats out for the world, it’s partly because I’m a masochist (ha!). Really, I simply want other writers and bloggers to know that they’re not alone.
Blogging is a tough gig when it comes to getting anyone to pay attention to you. And I’ve had enough people tell me that I’m “successful” – at least by their standards – that I figured it was time for people to see what “success” looks like. Really and truly, I’m an average blogger with decent views.
The difference (I think, and I’m only guessing here) is that I never stop. I’m always doing something for or with this blog: writing, seeking out other opportunities, and looking and working towards the next goal. If that makes me appear successful, well okay, but it’s a labor of love (emphasis on that labor part). Anyone can have better views, more followers, and make more money than me – and since I’m not competing with anyone but myself, I say, “Go for it!”
Hopefully this monthly review helps people achieve their own writing and blogging goals, even in a small way.

Masturbation Monday always needs new writers and bloggers to join in on the fun. The prompt goes live on Thursdays, and the main action happens on Monday. It doesn’t even need to be about masturbation – just something hot enough to make people want to masturbate!

Sex Blogger Lists
It’s that time of year again – the sex blogging lists are here!
In November, the lovely and amazing and oh-so-kinky Molly gave me a spot on her 20 of 2015. I’m completely honored to be named among some amazing bloggers I know and those I will have the pleasure of getting to know.
Erotic Book Sales
This includes The Adventures of Sir and Babygirl, Sir and Babygirl: Bound by Love, Sir and Babygirl: Family Ties, and Madame Gretchen which as of November 21 is out of Kindle select. I’ll get it up on the other outlets as soon as I can.
- Amazon – 23
- iBooks – 2
- Barnes & Noble – 1
- All Romance – 1
I’ve had to go back to doing my erotic writing at nights and on the weekends in order to get anything done, but I promise you, I really am working on more releases. I created a notebook of all my book ideas and plotted them out. Now, it’s a matter of sitting down to write.
Around the Web
All the writing I’ve been doing over the past few months started to pay off in November:
Bondage: It’s More than Just Rope – Kinkly.com
Coming to Terms with Kink and Violence: One Feminist’s View – Kinkly.com
The Importance of Collars in BDSM – Kinkly.com – This piece was written by request. I didn’t go into as much detail as I might have liked about how I feel about collars but I gave an overview.
Entering Your Local Community – SubmissiveGuide.com – This is a five-part series about entering the local community from how to find your kinky peeps to what to expect when you’re face-to-face with other kinksters.
How to Make Long Distance Kink Work – Fetish.com .
Loving BDSM Podcast
The podcast continues to grow. Still no hard data but I’m getting all kinds of feedback from listeners.
I’m also allowing the podcast to be sponsored by companies/people who want to get their product or service out to kinky peeps. Anyone interested should contact me directly. Yes, there will be a charge – as running the podcast isn’t completely free (unfortunately) but since we’re still a baby podcast, the rates will be reasonable.

November was a long month, and a lot of writing was done – both kinky and vanilla. Unfortunately, very little was my own writing for publication, but that’s okay. I’m sticking to the plan to work from my outlines and write a little at a time. Kinky erotica will get written and it will be published! Because I said so!
i love that you write this monthly post, and share what a labor of love it is–i put the stress on labor and love!!! lol
Sounds like childbirth! Oh wait, that’s a close analogy – at least I got pain meds when I gave birth. 😉
Ohh I don’t know Triberr, I shall have to investigate that one .
And this paragraph
“The difference (I think, and I’m only guessing here) is that I never stop. I couldn’t agree with this more, yes, yes AND yes!

I *highly* recommend Triberr. You’ll share other content – which Twitter seems to love – and increase your visibility and reach. Twitter – which is where most of my posts are shared thanks to Triberr – is one of my top referrals for visits to the site. 🙂
