Because the creative juices don’t stop flowing for bad moods, another OneWord.com creation. Tonight’s word: doorknob.
It was once a shiny, bright doorknob. Now, it sat there dusty and forgotten. The room behind it held a world of treasures that no one would get to see, because no one knew it was there. Forgotten and alone, the doorknob rusted away while the room behind it molded away.
Sad. Makes me think of a person and the stuff they hide. Molding because no one realizes. Nice.
Thanks…I’m in a mood…if you couldn’t tell…
Yea. It was quite somber so I figured. Sometimes the best stuff comes when you’re in a dark mood.
True…but I prefer to be positive, upbeat, and hopeful…damn it! 🙂
Well here is positive and upbeat. Even a discarded doorknob was turned at some point and led someone exactly where they needed to go. 🙂
at 3:33 am….i was reaching for straws….but that is just me trying to be positive.
I appreciate the effort… 🙂
Thanks LOL. It sounded good at that time 🙂
If only some compassionate kinky person had mounted that poor doorknob, and knocked the dust off before it got rusty. What has happened to good, old-fashioned humanity?
Good question! Poor doorknob…
