Regardless of how my day ended, it started out with a lot of promise.
First, I woke up smiling and managed to post about it in the wee hours of the morning. Hair mussed, pajamas askew, but I wanted to share before I forgot it.
Then, I looked hot, and I knew it. Lace tights, no panties, hooker boots (not really, but my uninformed former office mate called them that) and a skirt with a slit up to heaven – the soft, oversized sweater was just icing on the cake. Lace tights, for the uninitiated, aren’t that comfortable, but they are SO pretty.
Before the day got started, I read my horoscope. I take very little stock in horoscopes, but I know I’m a stereotypical Scorpio and it fascinates me.
“You will care for yourself in special ways, adding to your attractive qualities. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if someone felt like the luckiest person alive because he or she met you?”
That was the best thing I could have read. I couldn’t stop smiling. Who wouldn’t want to inspire that feeling in someone?
That’s the exact feeling I want to inspire.
I wonder if we’ll ever get to know that we’ve inspired that feeling…/sigh…lol
Maybe. Optimism says we will. 🙂
I’ll let you be the optimist for a while…my rainbows and fairy dust are all really tired… 🙂
I, too, put very little stock in horoscopes. Yet, somehow, I cannot explain why I am a Cancer through and through. It baffles the mind!
You can find truth, support and amusement in the strangest places:-)
Even if horoscopes are rubbish.
Aren’t they?
Of course they’re rubbish, except when they make perfect sense! LOL
I’m a stereotypical libra and that horoscope was awesome!
Everyone should get a horoscope like that at least once a week!
As a Scorpio too may I share your horoscope please ma’am!! Love it
Isn’t it awesome?!
