Sharing Good Kinky Fuckery Volume 1 #SOSS

share more smut and kinky fuckery

A few weeks ago, big platforms on the internet did what they all tend to do eventually. It blocked, banned, hid, and ultimately said “No” to anyone who celebrates sex.  Twitter shadowbanned several accounts – meaning some people didn’t “exist” on the platform to anyone other than their current followers. Patreon changed their terms of service to say “Nevermind” to a lot of NSFW accounts.

None of this is new. WordPress and Blogger purged plenty of sex blogs a few years ago, sending many of us (myself included) into the world of self-hosting. Tumblr stopped allowing NSFW accounts to show up in search. Same shit, different day.

Two ingenious bloggers came up with a way to help the sex blogging/writing/creating community (although I’m two weeks late to the party). Girl on the Net said (correctly, I think) that the way to help people find other great things to read, watch, or listen to is for creators and our audience to share our shit. Eros Bacchus pulled the concept together as a movement (and a hashtag) known as Share Our Shit Saturday (#SOSS).

If you read or hear a thing about sex and love it, share it – where and when it’s safe for you to do so. Some people keep their online profiles quite vanilla (I get it) but if you have an NSFW account, we need you to share the things you like.  It helps more good smut find an audience and proves to the internet gods that people really enjoy what we do. We have nothing to be ashamed of, y’all, whether we write the smut or simply enjoy it. Sex bloggers, podcasters, and others are doing the same thing.

Now that the wedding and the recovery from the wedding is past, I’m (finally) joining in, too…and not just here. I’ll be doing the same over at Loving BDSM and The Smutlancer, too.

Masturbation Monday Love

A few weeks ago, we started weekly roundups on Masturbation Monday. John Brownstone picks his three favorite posts and we publish an extra post to share the smutty goodness. The writers make his job exceedingly difficult. In my weekly newsletter, I pick three or four favorites too. But that tends to leave out several really good stories that don’t get much attention. In addition to John Brownstone’s picks this week, as well as Molly, Doctor J, and  Scandarella (highlighted in my newsletter), there are others you need to read…

Lascivious Lucy takes the mystical and makes it so damn erotic, I often think I might find religion after all these years. Full Moon is one of those moments that makes me want to cast off my public persona. I, too, want to dance until I call a virile, mythical creature to fuck me.

My good friend F. Leonora has used Masturbation Monday to tell a long-running story of sex, suffering, emotions, and running from oneself. When her main character gets scared of her own feelings, she runs away and creates a new persona. But she can’t outrun who she really is. In Domestication, no matter how hard she tries, she and her newest fuck are wild things…

Nero’s sex life makes me want to high five him as he and his wife get all kinds of freaky. But it also makes me want to hug him when their inability to connect or communicate becomes a wedge. The sex (when it happens) is so damn hot, as it is in Fucking Friday, but sometimes I want to shout at my screen, “Just fucking talk to each other!!”

Other Kinky Fuckery Around the Web

While Masturbation Monday tends to consume my sex reading habits, it’s not all I’m reading (promise!). Here are a few other things I’ve encountered around the sexy and kinky web recently…

Cara Thereon always gets my attention when she writes. She describes smut so well that my body reacts. Sharp Edges, as part of Kink of the Week, is no different. As tends to happen with her writing, I added a new fantasy in my I-will-masturbate-to-this archive.

Violet of Fire and Honey made me wish I was back in college and nicer to my old math professor. Of course, if he’d been able to do to me what was done in Souvenir, I would have had better grades in class.

EA_Unadorned aka Exhibit A aka a man who’s not afraid to let us all see his cock (and it is beautiful) re-shared Capture, a post he wrote back in 2015. Which, after refreshing my own memory of his way with smutty words, had me begging him to rejoin Masturbation Monday as soon as possible!

Y’all, there is so much good kinky fuckery out in the online world, you just have to know where to look for it. Hopefully some of my faves will become your favorites, too. When you read something you like, share it and help us spread the smut!
